1. Booking Confirmation
Bookings are confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment
or full payment.
Customers are advised to verify travel dates, package details,
hotel category, transportation, and inclusions before confirming
their booking.

4. Cancellation by Company
If Jentian Tours And Travels cancels a tour due to unavoidable
circumstances, customers may receive:
- Refund after applicable third-party deductions
- Rescheduled travel dates
- Travel Credit for future bookings
Personal expenses including shopping, meals,
transportation or other arrangements are not refundable.
5. Changes in Travel Plans
Requests for travel date changes, passenger name corrections,
hotel upgrades, or package modifications are subject to
availability and may incur additional charges.
6. Refund Processing Time
Processing Time:
Approved refunds will be processed within
7–15 Business Days to the original payment
method or registered bank account.
7. Force Majeure
Refunds may not be available for cancellations caused by natural
disasters, weather conditions, strikes, government restrictions,
lockdowns, war, accidents, road closures, transport cancellations,
or other unforeseen events.
8. Third-Party Suppliers
Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation and refund
policies of hotels, airlines, transport providers,
visa agencies, and activity operators.
9. No-Show Policy
Customers who fail to arrive at the scheduled departure point,
hotel, airport, railway station, or activity venue will be treated
as a No-Show.
No refund will be applicable.
