• Failure to complete payment within the specified timeline may result in cancellation of the booking.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp.
• Cancellation charges may apply depending on the cancellation date and supplier policies.
• Hotel bookings, flight tickets, train tickets, permits, and other third-party services may be non-refundable.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days through the original payment method.

4. Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to modify or change the itinerary due to weather conditions, natural disasters, road closures, government restrictions, operational requirements, or any unforeseen circumstances. Such changes are made to ensure the safety and comfort of our travelers.

5. Travel Documents

Travelers are responsible for carrying valid government-issued identification, passports, visas, permits, vaccination certificates, or any other documents required for their journey. We are not responsible for any loss caused by missing or invalid travel documents.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Follow local laws and regulations.
• Respect local customs, culture, and fellow travelers.
• Maintain proper behavior during the tour.
• Compensate for any damage caused to vehicles, hotels, or property due to negligence.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services without refund if a traveler behaves in a disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful manner.

7. Pricing

While we strive to keep our prices accurate, they may change due to fluctuations in fuel costs, hotel rates, transportation charges, taxes, or government regulations before booking confirmation.

8. Liability

Jentian Tours & Travels acts as a travel organizer and booking facilitator. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, injuries, baggage loss, flight disruptions, or service deficiencies caused by airlines, hotels, transport providers, or other third-party service providers.

We shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

10. Travel Insurance
