Jentian Tours And Travels.
1. No Physical Return Policy
As we provide travel services including tour packages, hotel bookings,
transport arrangements, and ticket bookings, there are
no physical products to return.
Refunds and cancellations are processed according to the booking type
and cancellation terms mentioned below.

5. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed after deducting applicable
cancellation charges, service charges, payment gateway fees,
and third-party supplier charges.

6. Cancellation by Company
In case of natural disasters, bad weather, supplier cancellation,
technical issues, government restrictions, or safety concerns,
we may cancel or reschedule the booking.

7. No-Show Policy
If the customer fails to arrive at the scheduled departure time
or does not use the booked services,
it will be treated as a
No-Show.
No refund will be applicable.
8. Rescheduling Policy
Customers may request rescheduling before the travel date.
Approval depends on availability and supplier confirmation.
Additional charges may apply due to fare differences,
hotel rate changes, transport costs, or administrative fees.
9. Partial Use of Services
No refund will be provided for unused services once the tour
or travel package has commenced, including unused hotel nights,
sightseeing, meals, transfers, or other included services.
10. Payment Gateway & Service Charges
Payment gateway charges, booking fees,
convenience fees, service charges,
and taxes may be non-refundable.
11. Force Majeure
We shall not be responsible for delays, losses, or cancellations
resulting from events beyond our control, including natural disasters,
pandemics, accidents, war, strikes, political unrest,
transport disruptions, or government restrictions.
